backward forward
Welcome to 2007!
Looking back:
did FYP throughout the night until 9am, did political econs until 7am, best sem ever, A for FYP, actually had fun mugging for exams, had 7 sessions of tuition a week, went to USA, first time staying in a foreign country for 3 mths, worked as a ride operator, eaten krispy kreme, convocated, worked at Pan Pacific during IMF, started my working life as an auditor, went to phuket, got attached, countdown on cavenagh bridge.
Looking forward:
love, happiness, belief, faith, health, luck,........
Sometimes looking backward makes you feel really depressed. Possibly full of regrets. And, definitely full of onlyifs. Only if we can go back in time, we promise ourselves that we will do this better, do that faster or we will cherish this person more and not let him/her go. Only if. I am sorry but to say there is no onlyif. We live life once. Instead of lamenting about the past, we should probably take a step forward and anticipate the future. You know what you have missed in the past, so materialise your onlyifs in the days to come. Let's move on!
Say this to yourself when you feel down - I am fabulous!- Yell it out.
