I am a complete IT idiot. How to put my tagboard at the correct place? How to do the comments part?? Calling for help! I need IT geek!

That day when i went to Balcony, it was about 9 plus. The second level which is the bar section is full! So disappointing so we only can get a table at the first floor. The setting is comfy. Oh ya, their chairs can rock! haha. N they got swings by the side of the restaurant. Quite cool.
