Vietnam last day - Hue

On our final day in Hue, we went for a boat trip down the Perfume River and which also brought us to several destinations along the way. Basically, all the places that it covered were tombs of late kings. There were so many of them that we couldn't differentiate between them. And, there were always steep muddy roads or motorbike rides before we could reach the attractions. The whole trip was rather enjoyable because of the people on the same boat. Many of them were frequent travellers who had perhaps been travelling around SEA for the past half a year. They had so many interesting stories to share! Like how this Irish couple actually participated in the demonstrations in Myanmar.

This picture was taken on the day when we were returning to Danang to take our flight back. On the bus ride, we met this auntie from Singapore who was holidaying in Vietnam alone. Very siao-onz. We really met all sorts of ppl in vietnam. I think all these people that we encountered have already made the whole trip worthwhile!
